To enhance your enjoyment and relaxation during your therapies, we searched for the best music available. We found a music label which provides a very relaxing style of music for you to float away with while you are being treated. So many people asked us what the music was and where they could get it that we decided to sell CD's and tapes in the centres. The most popular titles are Way of the Dolphin, Medicine Woman, Tranquility, Perfume, Way of the Ocean and Clan. The good news is that you can now buy this excellent music either as a cassette or CD if you prefer high quality listening. Re-capture the moment! In between your massage appointments, to re-create your own relaxing atmosphere at home we suggest you run a warm bath - not hot - unless you wish to sleep immediately afterwards, and add 4 - 6 drops of the oil used during your massage. This is especially effective if you close all doors and windows and ensure you have at least 30 minutes to yourself. Light a couple of candles, turn off the light, lie back and drift away to a world of peace and quite. As we teach in our "Taking Control of Your Life " classes it is vital for you to have a daily quiet period to recover and balance your energy, relive the day's events and consider solutions to your problems; and this, along with meditation, is one of the ideal ways. |
